Axera Flow · Case
A Brasília furniture reseller went from 4-hour (sometimes 4-day) quotes to a 40-second PDF — 9,569 SKUs normalized across suppliers that priced nothing the same way.
01 · The problem
Every quote started from a blank spreadsheet: open each supplier catalogue, find the product, calculate the markup, paste the photo, export a dated-looking PDF. Four hours per quote was the floor; mixed-supplier projects stretched to four full days. The founder was turning down R$ 200k+ projects because he couldn't quote them fast enough — and embarrassed by a PDF that looked built in 1995.
02 · The solution
Notion as the interface a non-technical founder already understands, with a Python backend doing the invisible work: one idempotent parser per supplier normalizing 9,569 SKUs into a single shape, a three-level markup chain, and a corporate-grade PDF rendered in ~40 seconds. Adding a supplier is one more parser, not a redesign.
